Want to sign in to your My Brightspeed account?

Follow these steps in order.

1. Your My CenturyLink username will now be your My Brightspeed username unless you've received email communication indicating otherwise.

2. Enter this username on the Reset password page and follow steps to set your new password.

3. Use your My Brightspeed username and this new password to sign in to your My Brightspeed account here.
